Item feature:
one.Heavy-load linear roller guidebook pairs are equipped on two sides of the device bed respectively.The longitudinal movement of the gantry’s two sides is pushed synchronously via AC servo motor and exact ballscrew pair of big pitch.
2.Two movable slides are geared up on the cross beam of gantry.The sliders are guided by two linear roller guidebook pairs and pushed by AC servo motor and exact ballscrew pair of large pitch respectively.
3.The slides on the cross beam are outfitted with vertical CNC feeding ram-variety drilling spindle,which adopts unique conversion motor with haeavy load for spindle.The motor drives the spindle by means of synchronous belt.The drilling spindle adopts ZheJiang precision spindle (innercooling) with disk spring automatic broach system,hydraulic cylinder loosing cutter,really convenient to modify shank.
4.The machine is equipped with hydraulic method to finish the hydraulic harmony of vertical ram and hydraulic cutter loosing of spindle.
five.It adopts FAGOR/Siemens CNC system of Spain,geared up with RS232 interface and Lcd display.The automated programming presented can not only create processing applications automatically,but also preview hole place just before drilling.
6.It is geared up with chain-plate type automated chip-conveyor and chip selection trolley.The cooling technique is outfitted with paper filer,high-pressure innercooling pump and minimal-stress outercooling pump,which are employed for innercooling or outercooling of cutter.
